Manage user access to companies (suppliers or customers)
1. Click on Suppliers & Sites / Customers & Sites
2. Click on Add a new supplier/customer
3. Fill the form
4. Check the warning Some explanations
If a user had NO restriction at all initially (i.e not assigned to any companies), he was then able to see all suppliers and customers
Once you had that user to ONE company, then he can only see that ONE company and will need to be added to all other companies to gain access to them.
Make sure to confirm with your account manager desired behavior: user with full access (1) are assigned to all companies and EVERY TIME a NEW company is added, these users are ticked // (2) user with full access are not assigned to any companies ever.
5. Select authorized users
6. Save
