1.  When a given view is already selected, edit your view parameters (by editing filters, grouping, and sorting the data)

2. Select the filter and click on 'Apply'

3. You can also sort and group the data as required

4. Click on 'Customized columns'

5. Customize the columns and click on 'Save'

You can define the order and remove or add more columns from the list

6. Set the preference

7. Click on 'Save & Update view'

8. You can update the preference from the 'List of views'

9. Click on the 'Delete' icon to delete the view you created
