I can select the admin person in charge for a purchase or a sale

1. Go to Jules AI

2. Click on "Purchases (Trading)"

Alternatively, you can go to "Sale" and follow the steps

3. Click on "Add a purchase"

4. Fill in the details, click on "View other field(s)" and scroll down

5. Select the admin in charge

Fill in the other details and create a purchase

6. Your admin is assigned

Click on "Edit" to change the admin

7. You can view "Admin rep" on the purchase view page. Alternatively, on the "Sale view" page
