I can link multiple proforma to a commercial invoice

1. Go to Jules AI

2. On the containers tab, select the containers and click on the "Generate an invoice" option

You can access containers page from our Sales, Trucks/Containers or Shipments page

3. Select all the proforma invoices you want to link to the commercial invoice

4. Click on "Apply to invoice". You can either "Generate a new invoice" (by ticking the box) or continue editing the existing one

In case you decide to generate a new invoice you will find the elements of the previous invoice displayed in the comment box

5. Select proforma invoices linked to the commercial invoice

6. Check the other information for the invoice and once it's ready, click on "Mark as complete" to finalize it or on "Save as draft" if want to make further changes later on

You can also click on the down arrow next to save and preview the invoice
