1. Go to Jules AI

2. Go to the "Logistics" menu and click on "Shipments"

3. Click on the shipment to open the menu

4. Go to the "Containers" tab

5. Select the containers and click on "Logistics info" on the right

6. Click on "Booking - Freight"

7. Fill in the details and click "Next"

8. Fill in the details and click "Next"

9. Fill in the details and click on the drop-down and click on "Save & Generate request"

10. Select the template and click on "Generate & Download"

You can also edit some document parameters (terms, contacts or file format)

11. To share booking confirmation go back to the "Shipments" menu, select the shipment and click on "Send an email on the right. Or do it from the "Trucks/Containers" page

12. Compose the email or choose from the templates, attach the booking copy "From the app" or "From your desktop" and hit "Send"
