I can generate and send a purchase order
This guide focuses on generating and sharing a purchase order using the purchases module.
Step 1: Navigate to the purchases module and select the Purchases (Trading) page.
Step 2: Choose the order to work on by selecting the desired order.
Step 3: Proceed to the Document Center tab.
Step 4: In the purchase contract row, select Edit.
Step 5: Fill in all the necessary details and click on Generate and Download to create the order.
Sharing the Sales Order
Step 1: To share the generated order, use the Notify feature.
Step 2: Click on External Communication.
Step 3: Choose the recipient
Step 4: Choose a template and
Step 5: Click on Attach Docs
Step 6: In the purchase tab, select the generated purchase contract.
Step 7: Attach the selected contract by clicking on Attach.
Step 8: Finally, click on Send to share the order.
