I can Create & Renew Offers



Creating an Offer



Step 1: Navigate to the offers page in the purchases module.



Step 2: Click on Add an offer.



Step 3: Click on Offer Details edit button.



Step 4: Fill in all the relevant details such as market type, supplier name, and offer validity.



Step 5: Click on save.

Step 6: Click on add to include the materials for the offer.



Step 7: Search for the supplier sites, material, inkotaries, and looking price you need.



Step 8: After filling in all the details, click on save.



The new offer will now appear on the list.

Renewing an Offer



Step 1: Click on the three dots in the Offer row and then on renew.





Or, alternatively

Step 2: Select the offer you want to renew and click on renew.





Step 3: A prompt will appear where you select the new validity date and add the price variation.



Step 4: Click on save.

The renewed offer will be created.

Changing the Status of an Offer



Step 1: From the offer list, select any of the options in the dropdown to change the status of the offer.
