I can create and assign tasks
This tutorial provides a comprehensive guide on how to use the tasks feature in Jules.
Start by navigating to the tasks page.
The tasks page comprises three tabs: All tasks, My tasks, and Assigned tasks. The All tasks tab displays every task created within the organization.
Customize viewing options using the available filters and toggle the button to view completed tasks.
Now, proceed to add a task.
Select a task from the list or type a new task in the provided field. For this demonstration, choose 'Purchase suggestions'.
Next, assign the task to a person.
Then, select a due date for the task.
Use the provided field to describe the task.
Attach external files or documents from the desktop by clicking on 'Add files'.
Choose the preferred sorting and viewing options for the attached files.
Once everything is set, click on 'Save'.
The task is now created with options to view, edit, delete, and mark as complete.
An automated email is sent to the assignee for better task tracking.
The 'My tasks' page lists all tasks assigned to you, while the 'Assigned tasks' page lists all tasks you've assigned to others.
Tasks can also be created from the Invoices, Trucks and Containers, and Contracts pages.
Now, navigate to the Purchase page.
Click on a purchase for which a task needs to be created.
Navigate to the 'Task' tab.
Add a task by clicking on 'Add a task' and follow the previously discussed procedure.
Create a task for this purchase by clicking on 'Add a task' shortcut button.
Now, navigate to the Trucks and Containers page.
Select a truck or container for which a task needs to be created.
Navigate to the 'Task' tab.
Click on 'Add a task' and follow the same procedure to create a task.
Now, navigate to the Shipments page.
Select the shipment for which a task needs to be created.
Navigate to the tasks tab.
Here you can click on 'Add a task' button and follow the same procedure again to create a task for this shipment.
This is how you can use the Tasks function in Jules.
