I can create an outbound load from outbound page

This article will guide you through the process of creating an outbound load in your system.

Step 1: Navigate to the Outbound Load page.



Step 2: Click on Add an outbound load.





Step 3: Select your warehouse.





Step 4: Choose the material in your inventory.





Step 5: Specify your location.



Step 6: Determine if the outbound load is local or overseas.



Step 7: Select your port of loading.





Step 8: Choose your shipment mode.





Note: The material name is pre-filled based on your selection.

Step 9: Enter the estimated quantity.



Step 10: The number of loads is pre-filled based on the minimum quantity. However, you're free to manually override this.





Step 11: Fill in the required information. If the sale is already created in the system, allocate it from here.





Step 12: Select your customer.





Step 13: Choose your customer site, then pick from the open sales. The same process applies if you want to allocate it to another warehouse.









Step 14: Once you've completed all the steps, click on Save.





Congratulations! Your outbound load is now created. You're able to access the Outbound Load page and view all your outbounds.
