I can create a credit note



This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on creating a credit note in Jules.

Step 1: Navigate to the Invoices and Payables module. Click on Invoices, go to the Invoices tab and select Open Invoices from the status filter.



Step 2: Click on the three dots next to the chosen invoice and select Create a Debit Note.



Step 3: On the new page, select the template type, volume unit to display, currency display, exchange rate, and adjust other general settings. After filling in all the details, click Save.



Step 4: Choose a due date for the credit note. Remember, this is a mandatory field. Once completed, click Save.



Step 5: If necessary, edit the credit note computation details.



Step 6: Explore the saving options by clicking on the dropdown next to Save as Draft. Here, you're able to save the credit note as a draft, preview it, or download it.



Step 7: Mark the credit note as complete directly or download it. For this tutorial, save it as a draft.



Step 8: Navigate back to the Invoices page.



Step 9: Go to the Credit Notes tab. The newly created credit note appears in a draft status. Edit the credit note by clicking on the Edit option, or mark it as complete, add a payment, approve it, or reject it.



Step 10: Create a new credit note from scratch by clicking on the Create a Credit Note.
