I can close purchases or sales

This tutorial provides guidance on closing and reopening an order in Jules app, from either the Purchases and Trading page or the Sales page. Additionally, it introduces an alternative method for closing an order by changing its status.

Once closed, a purchase or a sale will not be eligible for any new allocation and the quantity not allocated will be discarded. It's mostly used at the end of months when we should switch to new contracts with up-to-date terms.

Closing an Order

Step 1: Navigate to the Purchases and Trading page or the Sales page.





Step 2: Select the order you're looking to close.



Step 3: Click on Close.



Step 4: Confirm the action by clicking on Confirm.



Step 5: Verify your closed order in the Closed Sales or Closed Purchases tab.

Reopening an Order

Step 1: Go to the Closed Sales or Closed Purchases tab and select the order you want to reopen.



Step 2: Click on Reopen.



Step 3: Confirm the action by clicking on Confirm.



Your order is now open again.

Alternative Method for Closing an Order

Step 1: Select the order you want to close.



Step 2: Click on Edit Status.



Step 3: Choose Closed as the new status.



The order will automatically close.
