I can approve/reject (validate) purchases or sales



This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to approve or reject orders in the sales or purchases page.

Step 1: Navigate to the sales page or the Purchases (Trading) page.



Step 2: Look for the validated column. This column displays the approval status of each order.



Step 3: Select the order to work on.



Step 4: Click on the approve option.



Step 5: Confirm the approval by clicking on confirm.





Step 6: The order should now be approved and the related documents should be available in the doc center.

Rejecting an Order



Step 1: To reject an order, click on the reject option.



Step 2: Confirm the rejection by clicking on confirm.



The status of the order will be updated and the the doc center tab will be removed.

Bulk Method



Step 1: Go to the main page and select the multiple orders to work on.



Step 2: Choose to either approve or reject the order.
