I can allocate a truck or a container

This guide provides a step-by-step process for allocating trucks and containers to a sale in Jules.

Step 1: Navigate to the trucks, containers, and holds page. Apply the necessary filters to find the right trucks or containers.



Step 2: Click on Others to view all available filters.



Step 3: Save the chosen filters as a view for future quick filtration.



Step 4: Use the Customize Columns option to create an ideal view.



Step 5: Save the customized column view for future use.



Step 6: Select a container.



Step 7: Click on Allocation Info.



Step 8: Allocate the trucks or containers to a sale by selecting Sale.



Remember, containers can also be allocated to a warehouse by checking the corresponding box. In this case, maintain the allocation to a sale.



Step 9: Select a customer.



Step 10: Select the destination.



Step 11: The material and quantity fields will auto-fill based on the selected container. Select the associated sale corresponding to the chosen customer.



Step 12: Click on Save.



The appearance of the sales reference number indicates successful allocation of the container to a sale.
