I can add loads to an existing shipment

This tutorial explains the process of adding loads to an existing shipment.

Start by navigating to the loads tab within a purchase.

Step 1: Select a load.

Step 2: Click on create a shipment.

Step 3: Select a new shipment.

Step 4: Assign a reference number to the new shipment.

Step 5: Click on save.



After saving, the shipment is successfully created. To confirm, navigate to the shipments tab and search using the reference number.

Step 6: Search for the shipment using the reference number.



The shipment appears with a single load. To add another load shipment to the same shipment, navigate back to the purchase page.

Adding Another Load to same Shipment

Step 1: Select a purchase.



Step 2: Navigate to the loads tab.



Step 3: Select another load.



Step 4: Click on create a shipment.



Step 5: From the drop-down menu, select the reference number of the previous shipment.



Step 6: Click on save.



To confirm the merge, navigate back to the shipments page and search for the reference number.
