1. Go to Jules AI
2. Go to the "Suppliers & Sites" page and click on the "Sites" tab
3. Select a site by clicking on the row
4. And go to the "Settings" page
5. You can add a new license or authorization by clicking on the "Add" button
6. If you add a "Supplier license", select the license name
7. You can also add a new license name by typing its name and clicking on "Add: XXX"
8. Define the validity period
9. You can select the materials that are concerned by this license. The materials are grouped by material family
10. In case there is a quota associated with the license, you can add it
11. And define the quota frequency
12. You can also add any document associated to the license
13. Click on "Save"
14. The license details are displayed and you can click on the "Linked" doc" link to download the document you have uploaded
15. Click on "Edit" to edit the license details
16. You can also access the document in the "Doc. center"
17. Click on tabpanel
18. You can also add a "Customer whitelist" in order to define a list of customers you are allowed to sell to when you are buying from that specific supplier
19. You can select multiple customers
20. Then click on "Save"
21. From the "Customers & Sites", you can only add customer licenses for now
22. Enter similar details and click on save
