Explore the functionality of the notes feature in Jules with this comprehensive guide.
Start with the basics:
Step 1: Navigate to the notes page.

Step 2: Use the filters to view specific notes.

Step 3: Click on Add Note.

Step 4: Select a source. For this guide, select Call.

Step 5: Choose the company you've interacted with.

Step 6: Select the person you've interacted with.

Step 7: Use the provided space to add a description of the note.

Step 8: Click on the designated area to add a next meeting date.


Step 9: Upload photos from your desktop by clicking on the Upload Photos option.

Step 10: After filling all the fields, explore the saving options. Click on the arrow next to Save.

Step 11: Decide whether to save this note, save this note and add a follow-up task, or save this note and add a meeting reminder task. Click on Save.

Step 12: The note is now created. Click on it to view general details or edit.


Creating notes from the Contracts Page:
Step 1: Navigate to the purchase page and select a purchase to add a note to.

Step 2: Select a purchase.

Step 3: Navigate to the notes tab.

Step 4: Click on Add a Note to add a note to this purchase.

Alternatively, click on Add a Note Shortcut to create a note.
